Domestic shipping

We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping isn’t available yet — sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when this changes.

MINAWO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION.

IF PACKAGES ARE RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN ERROR IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF THE PACKAGE IS UNCLAIMED, WE ARE OBLIGED TO CHARGE THE SHIPPING FEE AGAIN TO COVER REDELIVERY.
